Hello and welcome! I am pleased to present here some of my homemade goodies for your eating pleasure. It all started with my cheesecakes which I have been baking for more than 20 years. As I do everything myself, I can only offer a specific range of cakes, cookies and pies that are popular with my customers.

Cheesecake - This is a favourite, with or without Blueberry topping. It is light and has a melt-in-the-mouth quality and is not too sweet. The biscuit base contrasts and complements the moist and rich softness of the cake.
Size: 8" diameter. Weight +/- 1.2kg. S$42 per cake
Cashew Nut Cookies - once you start you can't seem to stop. Buttery and melt-in-the-mouth, these individually hand rolled treats are unusual in that the cashew nuts are in the cookies and not just sitting on top.

Chicken Pies - These pies are packed with delicious filling while the crust is thin and not so oily. S$6.00 each (10cm, +/-250g) (minimum order 4 pieces)
Fruitcakes are normally dressed up, that is, they are covered in fondant icing and decorated for occasions like birthdays, weddings or Christmas. The rich fruitcake is matured for a month or two with premium brandy added at intervals resulting in very gratifying flavours not found in the un-aged variety. From S$60 per kg.
