Delicious and addictive - once you start you can't seem to stop. Buttery and melt-in-the-mouth, these individually hand rolled treats are unusual in that the cashew nuts are in the cookies and not just sitting on top.
They contain no added preservatives and keep well in airtight containers. How long can they keep? I have yet to find out because they are always finished in matter of days.
A favourite for Chinese New Year, it is also a welcomed treat for anytime of the year. Baked upon orders, the ingredients, especially the cashew nuts are freshly ground (not ready ground) before adding to the recipe and only top grade butter is used.
Each cookie is hand rolled, so one can expect slightly different sizes when eating.
