2. An order is only confirmed if you receive a return sms and/or an email via the contact details you provide.

3. All orders are self collect unless otherwise arranged.

4. Honour System: I trust you will come and collect your order so you can pay me when you collect your order.

5. I can only offer limited delivery service at an additional charge. There will be no delivery service during the festive period due to shortage of production time.

6. All prices are subject to change without notice.

7. It will be great if you can place your orders as early as possible in order to allow enough time to fulfill demand.

8. Cancellation can be accepted if I have not started the preparation for your order.

9. There may slight variations in the finished product when compared to the pictures here as they are all handmade.

10. Where seasonal fruits are not available the ingredient may be substituted or omitted altogether. The finished products may differ slightly from the cakes shown here as different types of ribbon or decoration, etc may be used.
